On Sunday night, we had my parents come over to watch lil Hunter for us while we had our first date night in months! We went out to dinner downtown and had ourselves a drink and some delicious food. Which I didn't capture... I need to be better about taking my camera with me places since my phone just doesn't cut it for me anymore. I had what was called "Tolerance Juice", it tasted like pineapple juice and was so good!
We then went to Goodies. It's the cutest little old timey looking ice cream shop. I got the always yummy mint chip, and Tommy got a brownie sundae. After that we rushed over to the gas station to load up on movie theatre snacks. Shhh, yes we are those people. They charge you an arm and a leg for stuff at the movies!
We saw The Duff. It was a pretty good movie. More of a chick flick. Pretty sure Tom and I were the only people over 21 there! Ha! There was also these two very annoying girls sitting down the row from us... They laughed even at the parts that weren't funny. Not only that, but one girl had the most annoying laugh I've ever heard in my life! And, made commentary through the whole movie... "OH NOOOO." Oh yes, now shut it lady.
Overall, it was a good evening with my hubby that was much needed.
