(As of January 11, 2019) THREE. MONTHS. OLD. It's going by way too fast little bear. You are smiling all the time and get so excited when you see people. Your little legs and body go crazy, it's the cutest thing! We celebrated your first Christmas this year and you got some pretty great things! You are absolutely in love with your play mat. You grab the little dangling toys and hang on and kick your feet on the piano. You've also started a little bit of teething. You are drooling quite a bit and found that your fists are pretty great to chew on. And, the occasional finger of mine.
I went back to work the second of January and miss you and your brother so much during the day! At the same time though, I feel like I'm such a better and more patient mom when I have some time away and doing something. I really enjoy working and my job. But, that doesn't take away from the fact that I love spending time with my boy's more than anything in the world.
According to my scale at home you weigh a whopping 16.6 pounds! I believe it though, cause you're quite hefty and have the cutest little leg rolls and buddha belly. Plus, those cheeks probably weigh a pound each. They are so chubby and I can't stop kissing them! You can still fit in some 3 month clothes but are mostly in 3-6 month with the occasional 6 month sleeper fitting quite well. You have an appointment next month and I can't wait to see how much you've grown.
You talk all the time and it's adorable. And, you love to be in your sit-me-up seat so you can look at everybody and join in on the conversation. Still a great sleeper! You've actually gone about 8 hour stretches. You usually go down around 6:30-7:30 and don't wake up until 7:30-8:30. In the morning time sometimes I bring you into bed with me to snuggle a little bit. It sets me up for a good day to snuggle with you and it's an extra bonus if your brother joins us!
LOVES // play mat and sit-me-up, talking, you still think your brother is the coolest ever, and bath time is your favorite
HATES // that dang car seat, being swaddled too tightly, being held when you're over tired, and being burped when you just want to eat
